S is for Sound

A cave was the scenario where Thomas heard a few steps getting closer towards him, seconds later, everything stopped and a long silence became evident. After a long pause, he heard some ticks, some tacks and a few grrrooows. He got scared, but decided to follow the noises and see where they could lead him. A pause of silence occurred again: he didn’t move and waited until another tick and tack was heard again, after the tick and the tack, a whistle followed a whisper of a woman, he couldn’t distinguish the words but was certain that it was the voice of a woman. Now, he was excited and curious, the voice of the woman made him feel more secure, and the noises were more close to his knowledge. Silence was present again and he, with a strong pulse, was awaiting for the next surprise. A junction of hypnotic sounds, like a melody close to his heart , attracted him, and with slow motion he arrived to the place where all the sounds were meant to be. When he  awoke from the ecstasies, saw a merry company: Violin, Cello, Trombone, Harp, Flute, Piano and Metronome. They were holding a discussion while everyone was clapping.
